Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. The payment system is 100% secured by Paystack. We therefore encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for shipping of your merchandise if shipping was paid for.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you observe any quality issue after delivery of goods please inform us within seven days, we will exchange them or fix them. All products to be returned must be preceded by a Return of Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) by us and carefully repackaged in their original packing when sending back. No Cash refund please.

The product(s) to be returned must meet the following requirements

  • Only purchases made directly from Essential Superstore qualify for the seven days return policy
  • You must show evidence of purchase
  • The product must be in a perfect condition
  • The product packaging must be intact
  • Product items with tags must be intact.

For all approved RMAs customers will be responsible for paying shipping cost(s) for sending the items back to us while Essential Superstore will bear the cost(s) of sending items back to the Customer.

Delivery Information

Delivery is an optional service and delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. While we urge you to please take note of the delivery charges associated with each item, all customers are free to choose whether they want to pick up by self or they want us to ship to handle their delivery as a prepaid service.


Prices are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.


Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by telephone or e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or bank account or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.


All goods dispatched from Essentials Superstore are checked for quality, including checks of the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters.

Essentials Superstore undertakes to communicate openly, promptly, and carefully with all customers in relation to issues with received goods.

Essentials Superstore guarantees all products bought from us with a 12-month warranty against defects in quality. The warranty period begins from the date of despatch of the goods to the initial consignee. And for the exercise of warranty your rights to kick in our RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorisation) rules apply. Warranty By Default Covers Repair

Exception: The warranty does not include any kind of:

– Goods that are physically or electronically damaged
– Technical support on product installation and usability
– Advice about product’s configuration or any software issues
– Recommendations about how to connect products or compatibility
– Software/OS updating or firmware flashing as it would void Essentials Superstore’s warranty
– Product issue diagnostic and troubleshooting advice


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 3 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
