1 . What is Drop Shipping?
Drop shipping is a reseller retail method in which you as vendor do not keep products in stock. Instead, Essentials Superstore directly supply stocks from our own inventory – you transfer customer orders and shipment details to us, and we ship the goods directly to the customer. The biggest benefit of drop shipping is you don’t have to worry about fulfilment or inventory issues. Also, most customers don’t know you are drop shipping.
2. Easy start
ESSENTIALS SUPERSTORE allows drop-shipping orders for pre-registered vendors only. Once you are registered, just order online in the same way as any other Customer, put an end user shipping address and indicate drop-shipping in additional information/remark before you checkout the order
3. NO Essentials Superstore logo on shipment
We do not include ESSENTIALS SUPERSTORE promotional materials / invoices etc when we send drop ship goods or at any other time, so it protects your interest as a reseller. They will not know the actual source of the goods, and they will not know the price you paid. You may also send us soft copies of the documentation you wish to include in the shipment so that we enclose same on your behalf (note that this service is for a predefined category of drop ship vendors).
4. Address Shipping address should be same as billing address. If not, please write a remark before you checkout the order or send an email to your sales/account manager as a registered drop ship customer.
5. Tax
Please note that it is your responsibility as the ESSENTIALS SUPERSTORE buyer / drop-shipping vendor to find out information about applicable taxes and handle them according to relevant tax laws. ESSENTIALS SUPERSTORE accepts no responsibility whatsoever for providing tax information relevant to your transactions with your drop ship end users.
